Terms and Conditions for EduBridge

Welcome to EduBridge, a product of ABNO Softwares International Limited, a company registered in Kenya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EduBridge platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and you will no longer be able to access your Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABNO Softwares International Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABNO Softwares International Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Kenya. You agree that any claims may be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a class action.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
