Profile activation, assessment registration, registered-unit verification and applicable status viewing are free on EduBridge. Subscribe when you need personal Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) storage and related portfolio features. Plans start at KES 300 for four months or KES 750 for 12 months. Separate institutional and assessment-body fees may apply.

EduBridge supports TVET CDACC-assessed programmes and participating Qualification Awarding Bodies (QABs) connected through CBET Master. Your institution confirms the programmes and workflows available to you. Registration follows the relevant institutional approvals and awarding-body requirements; assessment decisions, results and certification remain with the authorised body.

Every paid plan includes the same core portfolio features. Choose the storage that suits your practical work:
  • Basic — 2 GB: photos, documents and lighter uploads.
  • Standard — 5 GB: photos, documents and selected videos.
  • Advanced — 10 GB: frequent videos and larger practical projects.
Choose four or 12 months of access. You can upgrade storage by paying the published price difference for the same duration; your existing expiry date stays unchanged.

Yes. Where arranged, your institution can sponsor your subscription or collect and remit payment on your behalf. Your profile and portfolio remain yours, whoever pays. Paid access begins once payment is confirmed and allocated to your account. If you have already paid your institution and access is pending, contact support before paying again.

You retain ownership of your profile and uploaded evidence, including when your institution pays. Access is controlled according to authorised training, assessment and support roles. Sharing with other people follows the applicable permissions. We do not sell your personal data.

Your portfolio can remain useful beyond a single assessment series. When your paid plan expires, you receive a seven-day grace period. Afterwards, saved evidence remains viewable, while new PoE uploads pause until renewal. Your free profile stays active. Evidence is not deleted solely because you have not renewed; applicable retention policies still apply.

Use the official payment options shown in EduBridge or an authorised institutional arrangement. EduBridge ambassadors and field agents are not authorised to collect cash. Keep your receipt and check your payment status in your account.
